On the occasion of the 9th Ayurveda Day on October 29th, we are organizing various programs. One of these programs focuses on the role of Ayurveda in women aged 22-45 years who work as ASHA (Accredited Social Health Activist) workers. As part of this initiative, we visited the Primary Health Centre located on Hegganahalli Main Road on October 23th. During this program, we explained the basic principles of Ayurveda, including Dinacharya (daily regimen) and Rutucharya (seasonal regimen). We also discussed Garbini Paricharya (prenatal care), Sootika Paricharya (postnatal care), and Rajaswala Charya (menstrual health). Additionally, we provided guidance on menstrual hygiene and precautions to prevent breast and cervical cancer. We educated the participants about Pap smear tests and the importance of HPV vaccination."
