AWARENESS PROGRAM FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF SHALAKYA TANTRA
May month is celebrated as Healthy vision month and June 6th is celebrated as National eyewear day.
On behalf of that, 06/06/2024, Thursday, KTG Ayurvedic Medical College final year BAMS students from the department of Shalakya Tantra, conducted a presentation for Sunrise school students.
They educated the students about the importance of eye and awareness about eye health.
School students were educated to avoid mobile phones, TV screens for longer duration.
During watching screens, advised to follow 20-20-20 rule to prevent the eye strain.
To relax their eyes while studying, palming exercise is taught to them.
